The GTP / MA programme at OCBC Bank has been a fruitful and fulfilling one. As a graduate talent of Group Operations & Technology division, the structured rotational programmes allowed me to have a meaningful stint in several technology roles, with exposure to risk and prevention efforts within the division. Besides the technical aspects of work, the HR talent management has engaged us regularly to attend useful trainings to enhance our soft skills in areas of personal effectiveness, personal leadership and how to better manage our career growth in years to come. There are also many opportunities to interact with and hear different perspectives from various OCBC's key leadership appointment holders at the annual graduate talent regional week, and meet our batch mates from overseas offices such as OCBC Malaysia and OCBC NISP. These are the many benefits that graduate talents could receive, as compared to normal direct hires into the various business units.
