pay is not good enough compare to others.

Location is easy access by mass transit. Last stop on the seven but the area is highly dense and overcrowded. No parking at all.

Poorly run and unorganized facility. Management is highly biased and selective with staff. You are verbally berated often for every minor infraction and are talked down in front of members and staff. Pay is often reduced when quotas are not met which are set with monthly unrealistic limits. No commission on client retention and they often hold back pay to keep you compliant and in control of your schedule. Also you days and hours will be reduced without advance notice.
