We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied during your time at OCEANSAPART.
We are always open to any kind of feedback on our working environment and welcome praise from our (former) team members as well as constructive criticism to become a better employer.
I'm sorry to hear that you perceived our feedback culture as negative. For us, it's important healthy feedback culture. Hence, we have now made a feedback workshop a mandatory tool for all employees. This workshop ensures that we have a uniform body of knowledge on the subject of feedback within the company, as well as a common understanding. Last but not least, it provides techniques to strengthen competence in giving and receiving feedback.
In addition to cultural topics such as feedback, we are also constantly working on our framework conditions, for example. Most recently, for example, on our bonus system. This is now different to the one you describe. Unfortunately, we cannot provide details here for reasons of confidentiality.
