      Pros

      Can't think of any "pros" besides the fact that there's a coffee machine.

      Cons

      If you're okay with working in a hostile, unhealthy, stressful, unprofessional, and uncomfortable work environment, then go for it. The workload is excessive and your "co-workers" don't make it any better. It's pretty much every person for themselves and you're left out in the dust if you make even the slightest mistake.

      Pros

      Small company with great potential for growth. I have been with OCI over 5 years and can honestly say this company has gone above and beyond to show their employees that they are valued. Nobody is perfect and there will always be someone who isn't satisfied but personally, I believe in this company and am proud to work here.

      Would like to see modern work policy solutions for non-essential positions
