Pros
I guess the only ''pro'' I can share is that I've learned new things. But since at every job you are going to learn new things by doing ones this is not a pro.
Cons
• Too many management layers : makes it difficult to make your voice heard • Only some people participate at important meetings makes them take all the credits • Too strict with the working hours • Very minimal salary comparing to the size of the company
