      It's a family minded company so you can talk openly from person to person. Stable company, it won't be break and you have a stable job.

      Cons

      Different conditions for different offices... Best choose Gandia. Difficult to use top new technologies: changes resistance. No promotion opportunities.

      Family oriented company. Great benefits. I love working at ODEC and think that anyone lucky enough to be hired in will love it as much as we all do.
