1. Manager (Never saw or would reply to any emails or messages, just silence on your end), then would blame you for not knowing even though (s)he would not respond to your questions, also extremely rude and micromanages
2. Shady employee contract practices (Promise one thing on the contract, then not deliver)
3. Favoritism, not based on merit but on willingness to say “yes” to non-work related activities
4. Absolutely no training specific to your role, which was promised but not delivered (Manager is too busy to care about you)
5. Really low pay and cheap (cut a significant amount of paycheck in a family emergency, and manager did not even check in once to ask about it after I returned to work)
