Pros

Can t think of anything after thinking for about 15 mins

Cons

HR/Managers forces employees to write positive review in glassdoor. No work life balance. You'll be treated like a daily wages labour. Quality is being replaced with quantity with jobs being outsourced to India and Poland. Management focus only on the financials as the company runs by massive equity firm. Growth is next to impossible thing here. No work life balance. Support function and HR---no comments simply waste :(. organisation wants you to constantly think of work. Everyone is overloaded with tasks Less salary and less hike for experienced professional.
