Pros

Full-time remote work for my position, flexible PTO, easy-going personalities and friendly co-workers. Decent benefits, competitive salary, and my supervisor is fully supportive of my questions/concerns. Jackpot!

Cons

Growing pains for smaller company in the regions where staffing is stretched a bit thin trying to cover all of the demand for the dental offices wanting service. However, recruiting is working hard to get people hired to fill in the gaps.

Pros

Its a nice place to go until they begin to add roles and responsibilities without an increase in pay

Cons

• Increased responsibilities over time without increase in compensation • Poor communication • Expectations are to be met or else but management doesn't meet the same expectations • Providers and nurses go here to die. (Low acuity, but expect full availability and flexibility) • Bad place to maintain skills and clinical knowledge • Management will critique you but never meet you
