There isn't many, couple if good people work there

Lack of training, make a mistake you get sacked, I got to 1 week before my probation was over and I got dragged into the office with Clayton and sacked for a small mistake, when other staff in their made bigger mistakes frequently, the response i got was I should of read instructions on intouch funny thing is they have lost work which I overheard from management upstairs. And another colleague got sacked a week before me. Would I work there again, no chance, lack of training is massive, people constantly spread rumours and you get dragged into it even when you have said nothing. Also watch out for the shift manager dorian, he is a bully if he don't like you he will target you, he bullied a boy out of the company abd the company allowed it to happen

small company, understaffed need to emplyee more people to maintain standards
