Pros

I have no pros to share.

Cons

Management does not care for their case planners at all. The turnover rate is wildly high. In my one year working there over ten colleagues quit. I worked at Ohel Jaffa Campus and it was the most awful experience in my life. My supervisor was a cold, heartless, worthless manager. She initially told me I would only have two late nights a week and a maximum of 40 hours worked, but then demanded every night be a late night and I would regularly work over 50 hours a week and only get paid for 40. It became too much to handle when I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and they wouldn't accommodate my disability. I am working with the ADA on filing a complaint. I never like to leave reviews online but I had to do this as a warning to any and all young social workers looking for a case planner job to get clinical experience. Spare your health and sanity. Stay away from this nasty supervisor and company.

Pros

I love the clients. Love my job. It's also helpful for me to be able to do 45 hours over the weekend. I'm paid to sleep. It's 18.60 on the weekend, 50 cents extra for AMAP and 20 cents extra for bachelors I have both.

Cons

Eh. Same cons as any care job.
