Pros

- You meet really nice other interesting teachers - Most students are lovely and hard working - Definitely a step up from other EFL schools - Free lunch on Wednesdays if you sit and interact with the students at lunchtime

Cons

- ZERO HOURS contract - so you never know what you´ll have the next week (sometimes nothing) - Employees come and go so much as noone can afford to live on the meagre hours they give you - The school is sold as having teachers who are "professionals, skilled in legal and business" so you can be given CEOS, senior professionals and engineers who know much more than you and you are basically told to wing it from a book, which is highly embarrassing - Absolutely no interaction from senior management, they make changes without any consultation whatsoever with any staff and they dont pay you for any training or meeting time, very, very stingy - Building sometimes in a bad condition, embarrassing when it´s extremely expensive (one of the most expensive in London) for students

Pros

Flexible schedule allows you to teach as much as you want. Leadership was generally good and personable. The other teachers are enthusiastic and young.

Cons

Low pay for teaching. Unclear how schedules were made based on seniority overall, job performance or what.
