      Decent pay and benefit. While it is designated on site, you can technically wfh

      Cons

      Increasingly toxic environment. Extremely chinese in culture, and you need to be a yes man to management. Projects and product features are all urgent and dictated by the narrative of the week.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
