Pros
1. Near to almost all public transport and no worries if you are working on shift as there is transport allowance.
2. Provide great benefits such food allowance, learning and development allowance, pantries always full of snacks!
3. Supportive boss, great teammates. For Malaysian office, I love how my team has diverse races. I got to work with Malay, Chinese and Indian in the same team.
4. Great place to learn blockchain field.
5. I am working on shift but my team only bothers each other in shifts. They respect our off days.
Cons
1. Shift schedule can be challenging to manage, especially if you prefer fixed working hours.
