      Great perks, but risk-averse culture - Content Designer OKG Employee Review

      Pros

      Great perks such as free lunch and dinner provided. Design team is great and extremely collaborative between Product and Content Designers. Management is extremely risk-averse (good as an exchange, but can be quite reactive and fire people for "potential risk issues").

      Cons

      Vague firing policy (usually with immediate effect) created a culture of fear where people were uncomfortable voicing out their disagreements with management. Work is chaotic and fast-paced—that's the nature of the industry but it's not for everyone.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
