      Money a bit better, lunch allowance

      Cons

      -management are all Chinese and they don’t know what they are doing - micromanagement - toxic company culture and 95% of work is office politics - can fire you suddenly if you disagree with your boss - boss is afraid of being Overshadowed and will never let you talk to higher ups. - weekends work is demanded even if it’s not urgent, just to show that you are dedicated to your job
