Pros
I like the people I work with, and I feel like I have a good support staff. I don't always agree with management decisions, but I'm here to do my job (which is not management). The compensation is good. The company does have some nice perks like free lunch, gym reimbursements, and pays for my health benefits, social events, and happy hours.
Cons
When you walk through the doors, you will know who you are working for, as in where decisions are made. It's not for everyone.
