      Competitive salary no other pros

      Cons

      Managers are AUTHORITATIVE. They are RUDE and insult you in front of the whole group. They don't want to hear feedback on themselves as they get offended but they are happy to INSULT you ANYTIME. OLD techstack and they are in no hurry to upgrade the tech stack OKX as a company have changed the HR policies and Equity policies many times and with each change they've taken away the value of equity.. basically down to equity validity to ONLY 1year after you leave the company... which is basically saying sorry NO EQUITY for you. They make you WORK ROUND THE CLOCK
