      Pros

      - Company offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including lunch and dinner credits. - There is good work-life balance, with little to no OT. The office hours timing are respected - The Singapore tech team is highly skilled and capable. - Work provided is fulfilling and challenging, lots of good learning opportunities - Engineer's opinions and ideas hold significant weight, and actively contributes to shaping the direction of the product.

      Cons

      - Some communications are still done in Chinese, which could pose a challenge for non-Chinese speakers. However, the company default language is shifting towards English, so the situation on the ground is improving - Employees are required to come to office for work everyday. No work from home option

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
