      lot of opportunities if you are willing to take challenges

      Cons

      not attractive employee development plan, hard to get promotion in short time even if you work hard HR offers very low P level of course with low salary. And this basically very hard to change when you are onboard

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
