worst company ever - Anonymous employee OKG Employee Review

Do not trust the ratings for this company. They give out tokens for employees to write positive reviews. It's the worst company I have ever worked for. There's absolutely no work-life balance, and there's a 20% layoff at the bottom every year. They don't evaluate you based on your performance but on your relationship with the leaders. For the sake of your health, I advise any candidates to NOT consider this company. Many people can't stand it after just a week.
