      Normal growing pains of young(er) tech firm, otherwise great place! - AML Compliance Analyst OKG Employee Review

      Pros

      Competitive salary, work life balance, flexibility with WFH (although we now spend some days in the office), TERRIFIC benefits (superb insurance, multiple stipends) tech-forward thinking, etc.

      Cons

      Normal tech life issues. Processes and applications tend to change pretty quickly so you need to remain agile and roll with the punches, but there is a good sense of camaraderie about it. You also need to operate in ambiguity. The company is also lacking in 401(k) matching (only 1% right now) and PTO is standard or maybe a bit below with the only holidays being federal bank holidays. Other benefits sort of drown out those cons though.

      Pros

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
