      Pros

      1. Good Salary (for me) you need to negotiate better tho 2. Good benefits (Grab,shift,PH,OT,medical coverage) 3. Good working environment (Good TLs, colleagues, team building almost every month and lots of event)

      Cons

      1. For those coming from banking may think AL here are quite low 2. WFH is a plus but only once per week, so if you are looking for more WFH maybe it is a cons for you Besides this two, I can’t think of any cons else.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
