      - There is a career development progress but depends on the business need and the performance of the employee - Achievements and extra efforts are being compensated

      Cons

      - Since it is a fast pace environment, you need to adapt quickly adapt to changes - Workload can be heavy at times - Current department is working based on rotational shift, which can be quite challenging at times

      Pros

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
