      Pros

      - great salary - decent benefits (health, dental are both pretty good, not the best), some 401k matching - can receive RSU or coin/cash option - interesting work and good colleagues

      Cons

      - terrible work-life balance, frequent collaboration with different timezones, especially APAC - hard to work without knowing Chinese in a lot of instances - holiday calendar and PTO are more sparse than many other tech companies

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
