I’ve been with OKG for less than a year, but the growth and improvement I’ve experienced personally and observed within the company are truly remarkable. One thing that stands out is how well the company listens to its employees. Feedback is actively gathered through surveys, and you can genuinely feel that your voice matters. From the moment I was onboarded—from Talent Acquisition to HR, and eventually to my Operations Manager—everything was seamless and well-coordinated. I clearly understood the tasks given to me, and expectations were communicated well. That clarity made it easy to focus on delivering results and growing in my role. Overall, OKG is a great place to grow, feel heard, and be part of a culture that values continuous improvement.

Cons: While the company is doing a great job overall, one possible area of improvement could be communication turnaround time for certain internal updates—it sometimes takes a while before updates or process changes are fully cascaded. Also, since the company is growing fast, some processes are still being refined, which may feel a bit fast-paced or inconsistent at times.
