      Depending on team, lots of opportunities given that the company is swiftly expanding Company is open to improvement, eg more processes and training is coming into place Company believe in cautious and sustainable growth which is important in the crypto industry Lunch benefit and fitness benefit makes a conducive environment for anyone looking to improve their health! Arguably the 5 day WFO helps me get out of the house every day

      Cons

      Zero process for project approvals and or sponsorship. You can work on project till it is close to shipping and it can get cancelled or deprioritised any day. OKRs are loosely adopted, dependent on team. Performance reviews are done based on general impressions (vs concrete evidence like OKRs) That said, these situations are common of most startups, so just know what you're signing up for

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
