      Pros

      1. Decent salary 2. Great office 3. Nice benefit

      Cons

      This company lays people off without compensation. They open roles every April and August — that’s because they mandatory layoffs twice a year. Unless you have very strong connections with your leader, you should be prepared to be let go. Most employees leave after about a year, since this is basically “hiring for fair.” People who haven’t experienced the Chinese workplace may find it hard to understand why such system exists.       - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
