Pros

Clients are treated well and nobody sells work that isn't needed, so that helps. Things get done without a lot of fuss and we get flexibility because of it.

Cons

Revisions are always a grind but I guess that's more a client thing. Perth clients seem to be a bit behind the curve which means extra hand-holding so that's draining.

Pros

Great place to grow as a developer. The work is varied across web development technologies, which keeps things interesting. Good team culture in a boutique agency setting. Management is approachable, and there's a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your work.

Cons

Fast-paced environment means you need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which can be challenging at times.

Pros

OKMG is a tight-knit, extremely talented team where everyone truly excels. And I mean this most sincerely. At OKMG, you’ll work alongside some of the best in the digital scene. It's an international team, so yeah, it's best of the best. The webdev and the designer are brilliant. I love most of all the rush whenever a new website for a client goes live, I know the invisible hard work behind it but then now everyone gets to see what's on that tip of the super shiny iceberg made possible by the hard work of very talented people. It's always a good feeling. The lean structure of the team means you have real ownership and learn fast. No bureaucracy whatsoever, just high-caliber work with smart, supportive colleagues

Cons

No cons that I can think of.
