It's an international team, so yeah, it's best of the best. The webdev and the designer are brilliant. I love most of all the rush whenever a new website for a client goes live, I know the invisible hard work behind it but then now everyone gets to see what's on that tip of the super shiny iceberg made possible by the hard work of very talented people. It's always a good feeling. The lean structure of the team means you have real ownership and learn fast. No bureaucracy whatsoever, just high-caliber work with smart, supportive colleagues
