High salary but not worth it due to pressure of doing unpaid overtime and working from 7:30am to 4:30pm Loads of employee benefits which are only used to get you onboard, never to hear about them after
Cons
- make sure you get a signed contract from the get go, otherwise you will never see one - OKTO never paid travel expenses and was painfully hard to get them to pay overtime - poor files organization, almost zero procedural standardization, had to keep records of stock and deliveries on a scribbled piece of paper inherited from previous PMs, no online record tracking software of equipment, deliveries, dates, milestones..etc - missing project information, very few people willing to help - lack of basic respect but loads of foul language in most internal meetings - ultimately got laid off alongside other colleagues during the Coronavirus pandemic, OKTO would not consider the furlough scheme, that should tell you the type of company they are - many more...
