Pros
Very flexible and understanding, everyone on the team is willing to help and works very hard, there is no 'sweeping tasks under the rug' and everyone wants to do the right thing for the team and company, it is very easy to make your ideas heard and actioned, people are honest and genuine.
Cons
You have to have an entrepreneur spirit and determination. No one is going to take you by the hand and guide you through personal development or handle growth opportunities, this could be a con for some people but the company and its management does have good intentions and is willing to support and guide you if you show initiative.
