Clients and employees frequently injured. Staff are untrained and left unsupervised with the children. BCBA bills for ABA service but does not provide staff trained in ABA with children. Supervisor ignores staff and does not show up to supervise clients for weeks at a time. Behavior plans and data are not up to date with the child’s progress. Push back if you ask for support. Concerns of neglect are met with dismissal. Profit over people company. Has made multiple family members cry due to BCBA interactions.
