      OME Holdings is a Fraudulent Pathetic company. Do not pay after work done and make excuses for not paying for your hard-earned efforts. Do not join this company and stay away from them unless you want to spend your time and efforts on nothing at all. For People who don’t do any work (leads), they will provide the salary and then say that no work was done by you. Stay away from them completely and warn everyone so that nobody wastes their time on them.

      Pros

      They are a small group so you meet everyone quickly and get to learn about who they are and what they are interested in. They really value people who take on something and get it done.

      Cons

      It is a small group so it is vital to maintain positive relationships with co-workers. Currently, most employees are males and there is an opportunity for better training programs for new hires.

      Pros

      The pay rate was nice I was able to quoit my own and they where siposed to pay it. First job thats what they did. Second job never got payed.

      Cons

      They condem you when they send you to do the job of 3 people and ask for help. Never agin will I take a job with these guys agin. Then the refused to pay.
