Pros

There are no pros to working for this company. The only positive is that coworkers at the pod level are incredibly hardworking and kind despite toxic leadership, no prioritization for advancement for entry-mid level employees, very long hours, and unrealistic deadlines.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic. The company and HR protects certain executives at all costs, and neglects employees with accommodations for disabilities as well as harassment by executive leadership. Promotions and raises for leadership are frequent. Leadership prioritizes their own growth over the mid to entry level employees growth. An executive promotion was announced a few hours after layoffs of various other employees were announced. This said promotion was announced during a meeting that was about treating all employees with respect. The inequity blew the team's mind. Many employees at the pod level are desperate to leave but are struggling due to the job market. Morale is low. There is favoritism for employees that are well connected within the industry. It's the entertainment industry, so long workdays and unrealistic timelines are a norm. However, don't expect any genuine praise, thanks, or positivity from upper management for very long work hours. Upper management shows no genuine concern when team members communicate that their insane workload is impacting their mental and physical health. I can't emphasize enough how toxic and unhealthy of a workplace this company is.
