Bait and Switch Expectations - Brand Executive OMM Collection Employee Review

Racially insensitive comments made by senior management. No insurance benefits. Lot's of yelling. No HR/buffer zone between the Founder and employees. Founder stated the business is a "Dictatorship". Lack of structure or planning. It's a small, Family owned business but is presented to employees as being larger and more connected. This causes a lot of issues overall for Sales because the majority of Hotels/Spas you're pushed to sell to have no real connection to the brand. Virtually no digital consumer connection overall which is unheard for most beauty brands.
