I do feel part of a team and communication by email is very good and is a job that fits perfectly with my current situation. The pay is quite good and the overall role I'm given is something that I genuinely enjoy doing.

Some areas of their education could be improved. One of my schools has had issues that I feel I've had to fix myself, action should have ideally taken place earlier as it feels like they'd been going on for quite a while.
