Pros

Working with OMNY has been one of the best experiences of my career. The founders have established a great culture that allows us to share ideas and build on the most innovative product in Healthcare IT. The start up environment is fast paced with constant change and growth and every day is a new challenge with new problems to solve. The leadership from every team is spectacular as they help us grow our skills while being as productive as possible, listen to our input and trust in us to do our part effectively. I have been working remote since day 1 due to the pandemic and even though I have not interacted with anyone in person I feel like have known everyone for years due to consistent communication, the great atmosphere and attitude of every single team member in the company. The compensation is very good, the benefits are excellent, and you have unlimited PTO. The communication is great (and not overdone), the company is an open book and the support for each other is very positive. It is a fun, loose environment that works hard and gets the job done. I couldn’t ask for a better situation personally and professionally.

Cons

No major cons except that there is constant change due to growth as we are a start up. If you can handle change and "roll with the punches" you will really enjoy your experience here.

Pros

- Really cool data & data products: high quality EHR data that actually supports mission of providing RWD for industry to understand trends across varying diseases - Small company, get to wear lots of hats and do hands-on, varied jobs - Lots of room for ownership and innovation - Work/Life balance is great and people are very supportive of it.

Cons

- Classic small start-up that has to chase and pivot for revenue - can be very frustrating for product/engineering (think, timetables & roadmaps constantly blown up) - VERY small company - everyone has to pitch in outside classic boundaries of your role - Lack of clarity from leadership on decisions that seem orthogonal to meeting revenue goals - Lack of engineering resources - which all start ups have, but this seemed crazy.
