-0 job security -management forces you to work 15+ HR shifts on a regular basis -high health and safety concerns i.e. asbestos no masks -they say jump off a bridge , you say no , your fired - poor communication for a COMMUNICATIONS company - won't lay off workers - inconsistent work makes it hard to make a real living - NO FUTURE -management consistently chases work that's nothing to do with our industry -micro management at its best from the owner -they'll charge you to drive a company vehicle If you want OT your staying out of town in a cheap hotel

I have worked at ON-CITE for over 10 years and there are many positives to working at ON-CITE solutions. Here is a snapshot of a few pros. Provides a healthy and safe work environment Room to grow and actively promotes within Provides benefits Family Oriented Great leadership- from owners to management to project leads Best group of employees to work with Variety of different projects to keep employee interested. Provides training and certification to all employees. And best of all: Bi-annual axe throwing tournaments to keep the company engaged with one an other outside of the work place.

Honestly there are very few Cons when it comes to ON-CITE. The only thing i would say is the inconsistency of working regular business hours. However unfortunately the industry does not allow this to happen.
