The company is poorly managed. currently asking employees for find other jobs; as they lost a big investors. Only one email from higher ups was sent which didn't say much other than terminations are coming. one exec has made it a mission to personally reach out to some employees asking employees to find jobs, tell them their positions are not safe and constantly brings its up in the guise of 'trying to help'. Which legal can lead to problems for the company. Employees are looking, at the same time trying to do their jobs so that at least whatever is left of the company can thrive. Its a shame such good employees are treated like garbage by the higher ups,
