I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can say as a pro.

- They are running their business as if it's still the 1970s. - The structure is extremely hierarchical. - They emphasize efficiency, but there is no efficiency to be found anywhere. - They enjoy talking about employees and sharing everything. This is one of the office cultures they find truly fun. - Working there feels like working in North Korea. They try to control all the employees under the pretext of company policy. - They monitor employees, but the higher-ups do whatever they want. It's quite amusing how many of the company rules only apply to regular staff. - There isn't a single manager capable of leading their team effectively.

If you're new to Canada, it could be a good starting point

Don't expect a high salary.
