•NO health benefits (you will be “offered” benefits but they are not provided or paid for by the company, no even partially and they are unaffordable). •NO 401k/profit sharing etc •NO bereavement. •NO culture/core beliefs •Managers are expected to work 9-7 Monday-Thursday. 9-3 Friday and mandatory Saturdays. Poor work life balance for managers • Sales are all that matter. •Ownership does not care about the members or the clients and openly admits to it constantly. • micromanaging •No systems or processes, things change like the wind without any communication creating a stressful and toxic work culture •inconsistent •bad business practices •inappropriate behavior towards staff and members. • You never know if you’re going to get paid on time or if your check is going to get messed up so if you do accept a position with this company, ensure you take meticulous notes on your compensation and pay attention to your commission and any goals that you hit. Many employees consistently don’t get paid correctly or on time. If you leave, it’s a tossup if you’ll get your final paycheck or if it’ll be correct. Take me notes on your compensation, and commission. • Bonuses have often been taken away even when they were reached due to some made up reason or another, • Little to no training at the start of unemployment. •Toxic environment •This is a lead by fear based company, and this company does not believe in mental health nor does it care about your life outside of work. •If you have any respect for yourself as a person and employee- don’t work here.
