•Managers are expected to work 9-7 Monday-Thursday. 9-3 Friday and mandatory Saturdays. Poor work life balance for managers
• Sales are all that matter.
•Ownership does not care about the members or the clients and openly admits to it constantly.

• You never know if you’re going to get paid on time or if your check is going to get messed up so if you do accept a position with this company, ensure you take meticulous notes on your compensation and pay attention to your commission and any goals that you hit. Many employees consistently don’t get paid correctly or on time. If you leave, it’s a tossup if you’ll get your final paycheck or if it’ll be correct.
