      Pros

      The CEO and CTO have hands-on experience in ML and are extremely knowledgeable. The problem OPAL AI is solving is indeed an interesting AI problem and benefits society.

      Cons

      Similar to any startup, the speed of production is high. The core team is great but the company outsourced some parts of the work not related to AI, which I think would be faster to build those works in-house too.

      Pros

      Great place if you want to be a part of a startup into cutting-edge technology and new innovative development. Incredibly knowledgeable CEO with diligent work ethic and ambitious vision. Opal AI was very helpful and flexible with any work visa issues that I had to deal with as an international graduate student. Friendly people in the office and great work environment.

      Cons

      Small work team, which is to be expected in a startup company.

      - Really good work, work on new exciting technology related to 2D, 3D and GenAI - Lots of potential for growth

      Cons

      - They struggle with product development and do not have a dedicated technical leadership - Pay and benefits are really poor
