      Pros

      Good work atmosphere, emploees are treated as colleagues, enterpreneurial spirit, high dynamics of work.

      Cons

      After a few months of excellent work the managers suddenly devoted themselves for not agency-related activities. One of them started to travel, second started another business. As emploees we felt abandoned. Also there were permanent payment delays.
