Owner did not understand Biotech/Pharma business

A couple really good managers in place, very flexible, good benefits, low-pressure environment, competitive pay for the required work, exposure/training in fields outside of your title that may not be possible elsewhere

At times lackluster communication between the two branches, not much room for growth, lots of downtime between production which is subsequently filled with 'time killing' tasks
