Business outlook
Pros
Low stress except for maybe one or two weeks out of the year. Flexible hours. Compensation is fair. Office location is excellent, near several restaurants and close to metro. Relatively flat management hierarchy (although this may not stay the case after the acquisition). Employee retention is good.
Cons
Not many additional benefits or perks. When the CEO/CTO tell you to do something, there's not much room for argument.
