Pros
Focused, visionary leadership. Well-chosen new technology acquisitions. Smart, motivated team, top to bottom; good camaraderie. Engineering- and technology-friendly company and management.
Cons
Bottlenecks because of micromanagement. Loose product definition discipline. Recruiting/hiring structure seemed to be aimed at fitting a specific mold. I might not have been hired if my team hadn't been brought aboard en masse. As with many SW development houses, the drive for new functionality leaves numerous old issues and enhancement requests from customers in limbo.
