Pros
The first day of my contract, I got a flat tire. I had about 60 minutes before starting. My recruiter and the account manager were going to meet me on site. I called the recruiter and told him I had a flat. He came and picked me up within 10 minutes. Not many will do that for you. I was near the Dallas/Fort Worth airport. Great guy!
Cons
Have to contact HR about filing a claim on a benefit. No short term or long term disability insurance.
