Pros
If they hit the shipping number for the month management buys lunch for everyone.
Cons
Management is out of touch with how much work people are doing. If someone leaves, management just assigns the work to whoever is left. Little or no training, health benefits are ok, 401k options are not very good. No recognition for putting in extra effort. Management preaches respect, but does not practice it.
