Pros
The firm is a great place to enter the industry, because of its size. You'll be able to touch parts of projects that you'd never see at most other architecture firms early in your career.
Cons
The biggest downside is, that as a firm that says that they're thought/innovation leaders in conversations about the workplace, they put next to none of the advice they give to clients into practice within the office. It can be very frustrating sitting in on meetings where you're proposing common-sense workplace innovation and growth tactics to a client knowing that you'll never get to benefit from such great ideas yourself.
